The absolute WORST online banking system. A NIGHTMARE! It's extremely un-user friendly and the page doesn't even fit mobile screens correctly, making navigation very difficult. There is no option to reset your password through your email, so you'd better hope you need assistance during banking hours because you have to call into the facility. The email verification for logging in can take about 6 minutes average, so hopefully you're never in a hurry to check your account. So damn frustrating and I really wish I'd have done ... read more
