Possibly the worst business I have ever seen. They are so lazy and will make any excuse or blatantly lie. I was a regular there. They are never open, closed an hour for lunch. What a horrible unprofessional group of people and so rude on the phone. I have skin cancer and they refuse to see me.
Went to see Dr Curnow during Covid. His empathy is questionable. Not interested in going back there again any time soon.
Spoke to a lady today at Reception very rude and unprofessional. Never been greeted with such rudeness, but unfortunately, I still have to attend for my son.
The customer service is terrible. I had to constantly call to follow up on my referral. Find another dermatologist; it’s not worth the hassle of repeatedly chasing them up.
Sent my referral in May, followed up twice with no responses. Would be nice to get a call back sometime in the next 1 or 2 years. What a waste of my time seeing a doctor to get a referral. Customers should start billing them for our time wasted!!!!!
