great bank We have banked with Williamstown for a number of years and they are super! I love the personal service. When I have had a problem, I was able to go in and talk with someone I know and they have the authority to fix things. I highly recommend this business.
They know you by name For as long as I have been working with this bank, they have always had the best customer service. They know their customers by name and always treat everyone nice. When I had a problem with one of my accounts, they were very helpful, and even waived the fees that I would have had to pay. They were also very prompt in getting me my car title when I had paid off the car loan.
