An appalling lazy and unprofessional firm who not only submitted completely incorrect legal information to me (contravening at least 2 of the SRA Codes of Conduct) and then were consistently unhelpful and obstructive in a family matter and to an elderly client. Unfortunately, they seem to have a typical 'market town' and amateurish approach to law so I highly recommend you seek alternative legal advice from a reputable established lawyer in Newcastle or Carlisle.

Professional and polite
I'm really pleased that I've used this company twice now. The first was with the advice of James Mackie who helped me buy my first home. Everything went very smoothly and I was pleased enough to used them again. This was to sell the aforementioned house and buy another. This was taken care of by Forbes Lukins and was not at all straight forward. It took a lot of additional effort and was done with great accuracy and care. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company of Solicitors to anyone.
