Shannon has been a life saver for me. She took my case when no one else would even talk to me. I was being harassed and bullied by a large company and no one wanted to fight for the “little guy” except Shannon. She was fantastic. The large company was attempting to retaliate against me and she quickly identified they had breached their own contract. Shannon took them on and pushed them back.
