Amie’s service was outstanding
I recently moved from MA and have to transfer my out of state Title and Registration to Texas. I did a walk-in for the required services and was done in an hour. Kirstin helped me and was courteous and helped me with the process.
Kayla was amazing! Great communication and customer service. Normally a trip to the tax office isn’t a pleasant experience but she made it a great experience when she was helping me.

The lady who works at the drive-thru window is so mean, unprofessional, and too slow. I am disabled I was trying to get my permanent handicap blue placard renewed. I was told to fill out only the first page of the application and bring the old placard with it. There was only one car ahead of me, and after waiting for about 30 minutes, it was my turn.So, I gave that lady my application and the old placard, but she is still asked for a driver's license even though my Cedar Park address was listed on the application.
