I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for years and Tom has been helping me fix the issue. I get weekly deep tissue massage, and by far, the best I have ever received. Tom is very professional, knowledgeable, and tactful. The space is clean, which I like very much. Tom also does a 5 minutes stretching session after your massage. 5 star service! Highly recommend. I tried scheduling an appointment and he responded saying he was booked. I asked if there are any openings in the future and he said no and referred me to someone else. I understand being booked but from a customer service perspective, it felt very dismissive.
