Poor Customer Service I purchased 100 square feet of Hancock and Moore Leather at $1800.00 for an Office Chair. The Upholsterer needed 74 square feet and said to get an additional 30% for imperfections. On Monday July 14 the Upholsterer texted me “We will need another hide to complete your chair. These hides have several large flaws that we cannot cut around.” He also sent me 10 pictures showing the large flaws. Disappointed and disatisfied is putting it mildly. We ordered a living room sofa and chair which cost $3541. Upon delivery it all looked good. However, it was late Friday, Oct. 25th , and the delivery guys weren't going to wait until I inspected every nook and cranny. When I spoke to an associate at the store she assured me that all was okay, and if I found out that something was wrong later (since I was leaving on vacation), it would be taken care of. I wish they had a 10 star option! I am so pleased with the design and quality of the furniture, rugs, pictures , and lamps that I purchased from this store. Also, the knowledge and talent and service that they have is supreme!!!! They are the best furniture store! I will shop here again.
I purchased a recliner for my elderly (93) mom just over a year ago. The shop has an extensive selection of quality furniture, and the initial customer experience, from selection to delivery, was exceptional. But, the store REALLY excelled during the past two weeks. The switch on the recliner failed, and I called the shop. They found the sale record and explained that the factory was closed over the holidays, but they promised to get back to me.
