It feels like Bait and Switch, be warned! I ordered a very expensive Hancock and Moore sofa and recliner in a lovely, warm, medium brown, or so I thought. The furniture is now here in a cold, chocolate brown. I never would have ordered this color. After receiving a leather swatch and realizing it was wrong, I went back and forth with my salesman, Kirk, for 3 months, nothing was done. Perfectly wonderful place to buy a sofa. We quickly found just what we wanted. Service was outstanding regarding the sofa transaction. If I was rating on that experience alone I would give 5 stars. The next day I came back to begin the process of buying a queen mattress set. I did not buy. I would rate that brief conversation as a one star. I quickly discovered this furniture store will not pick up and dispose of your old mattress set when you buy a new mattress set from them. Stores can have any policy they want.
