Wonderful if you do not receive defective furniture-otherwise customer service means nothing. Every item purchased has to be paid in full before ordered- you will never be be refunded in full- there will be a restocking fee along with a freight fee. This is the only 1 star review that I have posted.
It feels like Bait and Switch, be warned! I ordered a very expensive Hancock and Moore sofa and recliner in a lovely, warm, medium brown, or so I thought. The furniture is now here in a cold, chocolate brown. I never would have ordered this color. After receiving a leather swatch and realizing it was wrong, I went back and forth with my salesman, Kirk, for 3 months, nothing was done.
