Laura Kinsman and her staff are simply amazing. They cleared out our home, did a thorough cleaning prior to the new owners assuming the property, sold our furniture, kitchen, bath, patio & garage items that we did not keep, and eventually donated the limited number of unsold items. All we had to do was pack and move what we wanted to keep and Laura and her phenomenal team handled everything else. I love this place. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing quality home items at great prices. These items are not always new, but most items are of good quality and are discounted every Thursday. I've told some many people to shop here that often the items I want are gone quickly! New items come out every Sunday and discounts on Thursday, so set your calendar up to log in and check the merchandise out. I often shop here for quality items for my shop, and I have never been disappointed with my purchases.
I have not used their cleaning/downsizing services but the weekly online estate sale is wonderful. Extremely reasonable return policy as well as very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Great communication when you have a question or concern. They are not perfect; but if they make a mistake, they do their best to rectify. A great way to judge a business is how they handle mistakes. Williamsburg Estate Company is top notch in this area as well. Prices are also super reasonable.
Laura Kinsman and her team are extremely efficient and professional. They expertly cleared out my mother's house and catalogued hundreds of items - which they successfully sold! I strongly recommend them to anyone in the Williamsburg area.
My wife and I recently moved out of state from Williamsburg. I cannot imagine cleaning our house and removing 17 years of accumulation from our attic and garage on our own. Laura Kinsman is delightful and accommodating, and her company did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Williamsburg Estate Services.
