I’ve been doing my taxes here since I was 18 and I have had zero disappointment with them. I highly recommend you give them a try. They are always so sweet and caring. Jennifer is always willing to take the time to answer questions and help me along the way!
If I could give a zero I would. I have been waiting on 2021 tax returns since last tax season. So I called the office to find out what is going on. Took me four calls, to finally get in touch with someone.everytime I called before they told me they were doing payroll , and they would call me back. Never happened so after three weeks I called them AGAIN. I ask about , how much I owed them, how my returns looked. Guess what?? My taxes have not been filed as of 12/09/2022.
