This is an updated review where a rating has gone from 5 stars to 1. Quality has gone down. My family used Williams Tax for several years when he worked out of his home. Since moving to downtown Benton, the quality and helpfulness of Williams Tax Services has plummeted. This year I had to file an amended return and get corrections for easy changes I presented to the preparer. I was told the return was filed. Ted spelled my name wrong on 4 tax returns, which led to a deadline being exceeded, and I lost a $2,976 refund. While he was unwilling to make this right, he did say he would reimburse me the $515 he charged for preparing the returns. Update: I'm now a full year trying to get this fixed.
