This is an updated review where a rating has gone from 5 stars to 1. Quality has gone down. My family used Williams Tax for several years when he worked out of his home. Since moving to downtown Benton, the quality and helpfulness of Williams Tax Services has plummeted. This year I had to file an amended return and get corrections for easy changes I presented to the preparer. I was told the return was filed. I had to call several times, only to be told to keep waiting on the IRS as amended returns take longer. Several months... read more
