2024 tax season is difficult on me, I’ve lost my husband this year and he was an angel and has always handled everything. I called this morning to set up an appt and after I briefly explain my situation, the lady responds with “are yall complicated or something?” Taken back and with tear filled eyes and I continue with setting up the appt. Those pink cards that got sent out, were not professional. I will not be using them again. I don’t think you should air your drama out in public.
We’ve been using Williams Tax for the last 3 years and I absolutely love my experience every single time! They always go above and beyond to do what’s right and help us get as much of a break as we legally can. They never take any breaks when it comes to their work. We are lifers!
