Great tax office, kind and friendly service
I've always had a great experience when Chelsea did my taxes. However, this year Amy did my 2024 taxes, I was waiting on one form to come in the mail but didn't want to cancel my appt, so Amy told me to email the form once I get it and we can finalize my fed return! This form is always the difference in me getting money back or having to pay in. Amy told me the amount I would owe without the form! 2024 tax season is difficult on me, I’ve lost my husband this year and he was an angel and has always handled everything. I called this morning to set up an appt and after I briefly explain my situation, the lady responds with “are yall complicated or something?” Taken back and with tear filled eyes and I continue with setting up the appt.
