Great customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes direct from a supplier & shoes came via post from Williams Victoria. Sizing was incorrect. I called Williams Stafford to ask if they had shoes in other sizes, they advised yes & to come in. The two staff were very friendly & helpful & nothing was an issue. I even received a credit as they had buy 1, receive discount for a second pair! I am now going to buy more shoes at that store due to their service.
Williams Shoes at Stafford advertise on their website that they open at 9am on Sundays, so I left home at 8:40 to arrive right on 9. The doors remained shut until 10:15am. Someone in the store but not opening the doors despite 3 customers waiting. I'm only here because of the poor quality of the shoes my sister's carer bought for her some months back.
