Poor service I have been in this store twice I usually love buying shoes but not one of the two workers ask me if I would like help or how was my day just looked at me and carried on with there buisness. I am young 26 yr old I assume they only help the old people in these stores and look at us like pests . Beautiful shoes but the vibes not there to buy them. Hello Betts
In store today. No one in front of house. Waited and called out. Young man came out and I asked if her had a shoe in a size 11. His reply “probably not!” Shocked, I said I’m here to buy shoes, do you or do you not have this shoe in my size? I’ve only got like 15 pairs of size 11 out back! Even more shocked.. he then said, I can have a look if you like! Shop local? Hard no for me today. 😪

Website advises open on Sunday. Phone call advised “on another call or attending customers “ Both very wrong. Store closed on Sunday 3/11/2024. Needs to update website and phone contact info. Won’t make the trip again.
Went in this afternoon around 4ish to purchase a pair of work shoes. Two staff at the counter - 1 older, short lady with blonde hair, and a tall, very young blonde girl, deep in conversation. Neither of them acknowledged my presence in the store, instead the older one said "There's 2 pair of boots I want to try on." They both disappeared out the back. I waited for 8 minutes looking at shoes before I left the store, and in that time neither of them came back out to the front of the store to see if anyone was waiting or needed... read more
