I took my son to try on shoes not really knowing what the school's uniform's policy was. The lady serving us was able to find the school policy and help pick a style that suited the school and that my son actually liked. Great service.

I bought $190 Colorado boots today when there was signage in the store saying 25% off store wide. I didn't realise until after I paid that I was charged full price. When I asked why, they said the discount would apply to my boots, but the sale hasn't started yet and they're just putting the signs out in advance. I'm pretty sure the ACCC would consider that illegal.
The variety is the same as other stores, but if they don't have it in stock, they'll arrange to post it out to you free of charge. The customer service is friendly and professional and the prices are reasonable. It's in a convenient location so easy to find and close to other shops.
