Very disappointing experience. The store advertised a "second item at 50% off" promotion, but the way it was applied was misleading. Instead of receiving 50% off the second pair, they only gave a 10% discount on both pairs, which was not what I expected from the promotion. I bought two pairs of shoes, and when I returned the following week to exchange one pair, they refused to honor the original promotional price. Instead, they charged me extra money for the exchange. I took my son to try on shoes not really knowing what the school's uniform's policy was. The lady serving us was able to find the school policy and help pick a style that suited the school and that my son actually liked. Great service.

I bought $190 Colorado boots today when there was signage in the store saying 25% off store wide. I didn't realise until after I paid that I was charged full price. When I asked why, they said the discount would apply to my boots, but the sale hasn't started yet and they're just putting the signs out in advance. I'm pretty sure the ACCC would consider that illegal.
