Fantastic fast delivery to your home if your size is not in store.. Shoes arrived in like 2days !!
The staff here actually know their local customers and pay great attention to detail in comparison to other shoe outlets. Williams is a good level of fancy to casual to corporate, light workwear and teen, children school shoes. I been coming for years but made a purchase on the Colarado business shoes 11/10. Afterpay is available here too which is great. Surprisingly the loudness of the food court centre doesn’t leak into the store.
Products were what I wanted and superior to other stores. Website was clear and easy to navigate before I went to the store. Most importantly Tania was fantastic at helping me navigate the range and settle on my final pair.....and I actually purchased a second pair. Tania did not rush me and remained helpful even though I left the store to think about my purchase...then returned later to finalise things. Love my new shoes!!! I will encourage my wife to go and see this store next.
The young lass in the shop could not do enough to help me. She even showed me a similar shoe that was on special. Her patience was fantastic as I couldnt make up my mind. Thank you”
The customer service at this particular store is very poor. I have been to this store on several occasions and until now given the store person the benifit of the dout but today was the final straw. Helpfullness and understanding for customer needs are none exsistant. I should add that I have shopped at this store for my last time and hope that no other customer gets treated in the same manner as I did. Bye Bye Williams Wodonga Plaza
