Wonderful shoe store with a huge variety of brands, including Diana Ferrari and its Super Soft offshoot. The service is excellent, with shoes delivered to the customer’s address if not available in store, after store assistants check the fit by offering a similar item in store. This is a great service as it allowed me to feel the comfort of the shoes. Love Williams Shoes, especially when they run sales! My latest purchase is a pair of Diana Ferrari sandals 😃
I recently visited this store to buy shoes for my teenage kids, and I had a wonderful experience. One of the staff members, Mary (if I recall her name correctly), was exceptionally helpful. She took the time to engage with my kids, understand exactly what they were looking for and why, showed them a variety of options, and guided them in choosing the best shoes for their needs. I highly recommend this store—if for nothing else, then for Mary’s outstanding customer service!
A great range of both Men and Women's shoes at very competitive prices. Plus some excellent ongoing sales incentives ( 2nd pair half priced ) designed for the budget savvy customers, to really save on their purchases. Keep up the good work Williams Shoes Woden, and make sure you talk to Nikole,she is incredible, and so lovely to deal with.
Shoes are great. Been shopping there for last couple of years but this time they put different sizes and when i drove back 45mins to change. They didnt care to even say sorry, we should have checked. Not going back again.
