The shop is conveniently located next to OPSM, ALDI…etc. Shop keeper Shalini is helpful and friendly. I’ve been looking for some good, protective and comfortable shoes in the past few weeks, and consequently bought two pairs there with discounted price on the second. Around $120 per item in average, not a bad deal.

I bought a pair of shoes from Williams Shoes at Winston Hills priced at $99, and within just 3.5 months, they started to break down. When I took them back to the store and showed the damage to the staff, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was "wear and tear." Honestly, that kind of response is unacceptable. I had a blow out on Friday afternoon at 5:25 with my shoes mid friends wedding and we were 10 minutes away from the store I called and spoke to Carmel and asked if she could wait for me as I was an hour from home and had no other options . Carmel did not hesitate in saying she would wait for me and I was amazed at her lovely service and just the willingness to help ! Thank you Carmel
