How hard is it to spend some money and buy shoes for work ?? The attitude of the person at the williams shoe shop at willows shopping centre was terrible and she had zero interest in serving customers ,couldn't be bothered checking out back if the size was there walked away to get back to gossiping with her friends and when approached again to ask about another pair of shoes said " I'm busy atm " and went back to gossiping with her friends talking about the bbq she was at the night before. Me and family went to the shop on 13/02/2023, we had a very bad experience with the lady who work there, she was very rude and not cooperative
