I went into Williams Willows to treat myself to some sandals for Christmas and while browsing the shop assistant did not once acknowledge me and was too busy on her mobile and I was in there for quite a time. I too work in retail and this non existent lack of service is just very poor and will spend my hard earned money where I as a customer get the service and acknowledgement that is due. Will not be returning to this store.
My sister and I went into Williams today looking for a pair of shoes, there was no one in the shop, the two shop assistants were out the back talking, one came in the shop still talking to the other assistant and eating, then went out the back again, we were trying on shoes walking around, no one came out to ask if we needed any assistance, another lady came into the store and sat down facing the back of the shop, then one of the shop assistants came out and saw her, oh how you going and hugged her, and they started to have ... read more
How hard is it to spend some money and buy shoes for work ?? The attitude of the person at the williams shoe shop at willows shopping centre was terrible and she had zero interest in serving customers ,couldn't be bothered checking out back if the size was there walked away to get back to gossiping with her friends and when approached again to ask about another pair of shoes said " I'm busy atm " and went back to gossiping with her friends talking about the bbq she was at the night before. New management is great! Had a lovely time in store and found everything I wanted. Gemma is amazing!!
Me and family went to the shop on 13/02/2023, we had a very bad experience with the lady who work there, she was very rude and not cooperative
