Staff on the phone possibly on a personal phone call and ignored and pretended to not see me. A Shame because there was a lovely pair of shoes that i really wanted but wanted help to find one size smaller. Well there is always another shop happy to have your business, so not my loss. Edit : Changing my rating from 1 star to 4 due to the positive response from the owner / management.
