Excellent customer service. I went here on a busy day, still their customer service was exceptional. I wish all our Australian stores provide customer service like them. All staffs are welcoming and makes sure your needs are met.
Be careful with the ongoing promo buy 2nd pair for 50% discount. If you buy the advertised 1st pair at 20% off & think you will be getting 2nd pair for 50% then sorry..whats going to happen is that the discount on the 1st pair will be wiped out. The 50% promo for the 2nd pair will be split between the 1st & 2nd at 25% each..Its not a bad thing because you will sill be saving a small amount, Point is if you dont need it dont buy the 2nd pr thinking you are getting a good deal.
