I had a lovely experience at Williams Shoes in Watergardens, the store was very warm and welcoming, even with a restless toddler in tow! I am so happy with my purchase and even more impressed with the service I recieved. Highly recommend
I asked the guy for size 36 and instead got me size 37. I only noticed when i got home after purchasing it yesterday. Very disappointed, he even asked me twice about the size and said yes size 36 🤦♀️
Went there today , found a nice pair of shoes $179 , 2 staff members completely ignored me , they were discussing their events of the weekend, just walked out …. What happened to customer service
