Nice staff but a little over priced for school shoes.
The selection was great! Lorna was super friendly and helpful, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The shoes are top quality and super comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!
I can believe the other bad reviews here. Miserable, unhelpful and rude staff. You are better off shopping at Paul Carrol. Better shoes, better service by miles
Walked into the shop and no one was there called out for about 3 min when a lady came out looking as if she ate sour grapes. When asking for my shoe size she made it feel like I’m an inconvenience, with her sighs and lack of communication I wanted to buy 2-4 pairs of shoes but walked out with one as I was desperate for something comfortable to wear otherwise I would have not bought anything
I had a pleasant visit to the Warwick shop today and was impressed by Vikky’s exceptional professionalism and friendly demeanor. Despite just returning from a midnight flight, she delivered outstanding service with a positive attitude. My experiences at the Warwick location have always been excellent, and Vikky’s dedication further reinforces that.
