Angela who works at Williams and sometimes Mathers at Tweed City - you gave us your advice when you told my mother to "try both shoes on before you buy them" after giving us a horrible attitude to exchanging a pair of shoes. Well my advice to you is (as a fellow retail worker), find a more suitable position or get over yourself.
