Two lovely ladies, Chantelle and Shantelle, went above and beyond to help sort out our school shoes. I bought the wrong size and they helped measure and figure out the proper sizing of her foot and when they couldn’t find her size, they called there sister stores and really made sure our options were checked. They found a pair and told us shipping would be 2-10 days and it arrived so fast within 2 days. So grateful they were working. We came in store this week and were excited to buy my daughter’s first school shoes. The selection of shoes and prices were great however the staff member assisting was unbothered, dull and came across quite rude. I understand it’s a busy time of year but I’m glad my daughter didn’t pick up on this as we were trying to make this an exciting process into the lead up to what can be an anxious time. I hope staff can be friendlier and more pleasant with children in the future.
Went into store to take advantage of sale prices, only to find very little in my size. Sales person too busy chatting inanely with a friend to help, so I helped myself! Shoes 10/10, price 10/10, customer service 1/10
10/10 experience today with a lovley lady named shantelle she was so so helpful sizing our kids with some new shoes we ended up buying 6 pairs 3 for each twin and were very happy she was so lovely and so helpful! couldn’t recommend enough 😊
