My friend and I went here yesterday as she needed some boots she found online. We walk in, there's an absolute queen working by herself and navigating all customers that came in store. She let us know she was a a bit busy but she would get to us asap, we were chill cause we weren't in a rush and even if we were we wouldn't care because she was SO NICE. Never ever have I met such a rude customer service clerk and I will never shop at this store EVER. She is tall slim build and wears her hair up in a hair tie and is 60 plus years old and wears glasses. We asked about shoes that were on sale some weeks ago and she said We have never had them Thats a lie they had them for $49.99 on sale. Do not recommend shopping here.
Went this morning to return what I bought online, the Lady on duty was most accommodating and acknowledged me as soon as I reached the counter regardless of serving another lady in front of me. Despite not having the full information to provide for the return, she was most helpful in making the refund happen with no fuss. Had no intention on this occasion to purchase orthotic inserts and through just talking she recommended something that was helpful towards Morton's neuroma which I most happily purchased. Went here to buy some school shoes for the new year. Upon entering the store, the staff were very nice and were dedicated to helping me find the correct shoe size. They were also very sociable and patient despite me taking a while to decide on the right size. Would definitely recommend going here to buy new shoes as the staff are very helpful and friendly.
