Not a pleasant experience at The Pines store this afternoon. I was ignored by staff member while she was socialising with another lady. I waited for her , but when I realised that she was not going to help me, I politely interrupted and asked if I could try on a pair of shoes. I handed her a shoe and requested the other to try. I visited this store this morning with my wife to look at boots. While waiting for our turn, the power went out, and a staff member abruptly told us to come to their area immediately. We felt very humiliated and helpless by this treatment with another customer present, and we ended up leaving without purchasing anything
My friend and I went here yesterday as she needed some boots she found online. We walk in, there's an absolute queen working by herself and navigating all customers that came in store. She let us know she was a a bit busy but she would get to us asap, we were chill cause we weren't in a rush and even if we were we wouldn't care because she was SO NICE. Never ever have I met such a rude customer service clerk and I will never shop at this store EVER. She is tall slim build and wears her hair up in a hair tie and is 60 plus years old and wears glasses. We asked about shoes that were on sale some weeks ago and she said We have never had them Thats a lie they had them for $49.99 on sale. Do not recommend shopping here.
Went this morning to return what I bought online, the Lady on duty was most accommodating and acknowledged me as soon as I reached the counter regardless of serving another lady in front of me. Despite not having the full information to provide for the return, she was most helpful in making the refund happen with no fuss. Had no intention on this occasion to purchase orthotic inserts and through just talking she recommended something that was helpful towards Morton's neuroma which I most happily purchased.
