Update: I’ve since stuck to Supersoft, Diana Ferrari and Colorado shoes and had no problems. The staff at The Glen have been very friendly and helpful, including for exchanges. Original review: The Glen seems to be understaffed, but mostly I have found that this pair of “I love Billy” sandals has lasted one summer and can no longer be worn. Really good variety and very friendly staff. Jay was absolutely sensational. He really went over and above to help my daughter find the perfect shoe, and that we did. Two actually :)
Sales are great, she's so patience & friendly, always have a pleasant smile on her face, definitely my favourite shop!
