I didnt catch her name, but today a young lady made it a breeze to shop there... for someone who second guesses many of his choices normally on anything fashion, I found these amazing brown dressy boots, perfect in comfort and not weighted to heavy. She was kind, courteous, and easy to process my own choices around. Happy to come back for my next pair of shoes and shop there again.
Wonderful experience at Williams The Glen this afternoon, exchanging a pair of shoes that were slightly too narrow. Mahak was lovely and not only remembered my son buying the shoes for me nearly a week ago, but also remembered the size! Her colleague Daniela helped me a little later and was also fantastic. Brilliant service from both ladies and such an awesome range of gorgeous shoes :)
Update: I’ve since stuck to Supersoft, Diana Ferrari and Colorado shoes and had no problems. The staff at The Glen have been very friendly and helpful, including for exchanges. Original review: The Glen seems to be understaffed, but mostly I have found that this pair of “I love Billy” sandals has lasted one summer and can no longer be worn.
