I went in today and this lovely employee named raven helped me find the perfect pair of shoes since I’ve been having some issues and was looking for a comfortable pair that wouldn’t hurt my feet! She gave me so many helpful suggestions and I left with the perfect pair of shoes for my flat feet😁😁 I rate the service 5 stars I’ve been looking for shoes that support my feet this well for so long and I am finally happy with this pair!!!
Absolutely terrible service. Traveled half an hour just to stand out the front for 25 minutes. Lady put lights on and was checking money at 10.10am then walked out of the shop 10 minutes later. Does the shop open at 10am or another time??? Update your times on the website if it’s changed. I would have given a 0/10 but can’t. Sort your staff out!! Very unprofessional.
Went to the Strathpine store today to buy school shoes for my grandson. We were helped by Raven. She was friendly and very polite. We found a pair and bought them. I would like to pass on how much I appreciated Ravens help customer service. She is an asset to the store.
