Came back to Williams Springfield for another two pairs. As always, Mya was very patient, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Great customer service. Highly recommend this store!
Great quality and variety
Once again the the salesperson was polite, efficient and great to deal with. I believe her name is Mya (apologies if that’s incorrect) and Williams Orion is my new go to shop for footwear.
The saleswoman's attitude was shocking. Those who cannot treat customers with respect, smiles and kindness, should not be a salesperson.
Great shop. GDaughter needed new school shoes and walked out with 2 other pairs for her. Couple of days later, had to take school shoes back because too tight for her wide foot. Gave me a refund and sent us to Footlocker. Staff very helpful, tried their best and great service and very polite. No fuss with refund. Highly recommended and will buy from them again. Support this local shop so we can keep them around with great products and service
