Great shop. GDaughter needed new school shoes and walked out with 2 other pairs for her. Couple of days later, had to take school shoes back because too tight for her wide foot. Gave me a refund and sent us to Footlocker. Staff very helpful, tried their best and great service and very polite. No fuss with refund. Highly recommended and will buy from them again. Support this local shop so we can keep them around with great products and service

The representative was wonderful with our son when picking and trying on his first school shoes - will definitely be back to get his shoes from there in the future
After checking online for stock we made a special trip to the Springfield store only to be greeted by a lack lustre customer service representative who required us to do the online searches for the shoes and needed to be pressured to go and look for “anything” in my husbands size. Up your game Williams and encourage your staff to smile and be a bit friendly.
