Great friendly service from both employees Saturday and Sunday!! Store was busy on Sunday but the lovely staff member still took great care of me and ordered the shoes online!! Store manager should be so proud of their employees and their great customer service!!! Will be back, Thanks
I agree with Nick. My poor husband bought a pair of shoes on the weekend. In all fairness the girl was alone in the store trying to deal with a number of customers at once. When he got home he realised that the shoes were two different sizes. He took the shoes back and got another pair. This time they were the same size supposedly but one shoe was wider than the other. My experience: customer service Disaster.Bad communication skills,fail to mention,explain promotion,confuse customer. Hirushi annoyed when I confirmed street no.for address. Asked for payment ×3 times when hadn't even got shoes from back. Asked for first name as no name badge so I know who speaking to. Refused to give name then Lied and said Donna.( served by Hirushi on receipt). Maybe she Red flaged me ? as 2 security guards front of store. No apology/smile throughout.
