Such an amazing experience with the new manager Chris My friend and I were actually super impressed and appreciated how helpful our experience was in this store.
Absolutely avoid this pathetic store! I can’t believe this store & its manager are still in business. On numerous occasions this store continues to demonstrate & deliver NO customer service, it consistently holds very little stock for standard sizes & always fails to deliver any customer service or satisfaction. The franchise needs to listen to the customer reviews & replace this store manager ASAP
Pity you can't give a zero, appalling customer service in this store. For 3 different styles the girl couldn't find them and the other lady couldn't be bothered helping her. I was asked to come back the following day. How on earth this store makes any money when you can't find stock to sell, it was easier for her to say sorry I don't have it. So I went to the Cairns central and got excellent service there and purchased 2 pairs, inconvenient to travel further but great service in CC. Chalk and cheese.
Very rude staff
Terrible service 2 girls chatted at the counter the entire 12 minutes I was in the shop, trying on shoes from the shelf. Neither said hello or offered any assistance. Avoid if you want service
