Great customer service
we have very few shoe shops in East and central Gippsland so it is good to be able to buy quality shoes from Williams. The shoes are not only quality made but at affordable prices.
I went to the store on Sunday, and I want to say I had a great experience. I purchased a pair of shoes I've been looking for, and a 2nd pair that wasn't in stock in my size. She took the time to find a pair (the only pair in my size in Aust) in QLD and got shipped to me. I have already got them 2 days later and they are great! (A shout out to the qld store who shipped them, but I'm not sure which store it is). I feel like I got a win with great service and a great deal. My receipt says I was served by Bonnie.
