I would leave no stars if I could ! Says closes at 6pm we got there at 4:40pm and the doors were shut, the lady was in there and I asked if they are opening the doors and she said they are closed! Absolutely horrible attitude & we came from 2 and a half hours away for an event & a shoe emergency happened!!
I would leave no stars if i could. Finished work and raced to Rosebud store to get my races heels for this weekend that i had already viewed online so i knew exactly what i wanted ! Arrived 4 minutes before actual close time to find doors closed. I banged on the door saying i need these heels why are you closed already but the assistant yelled sorry i have done the tills ! Never open as advertised. Twice in a row, shop shut before advertised closing. Close 9pm. Its 5.30pm. No staff, no lights, so I guess, no sales.
Nice little shop with a helpful and friendly staff. Husband and I are very happy with the service and the extra discount from the current sale campaign.
