Very very poor customer service. I was in this morning with a friend looking to buy supersoft shoes. There were 2 staff no other customers. We were not even greeted at all. Just kept talking to each other as though we weren't there. Very disappointed ☹️
Undoubtedly best quality shoes in WA. I was kindly surprised by staff member Tahlia, who was so patient with me , when I tried number of shoes. She even found shoes of number I was after in other store . Good on you Tahlia, thank you Williams !!! Happy customer Zygmunt .
Very poor customer service. They just stare at you , don’t even ask if you need any help.What I felt was customer service depends on your skin colour.As I saw them helping other customers.
