Do recommend at all. I was in a rush to buy shoes for work so I came in and saw a pair that I liked. Within 2 weeks the inner soles were just falling apart which I’ve never had happen on any shoe. I went in to show the worker and they exchanged the inner soles. Just 2 weeks later and the soles are falling apart again so I had to buy some more from the athletes foot as I just can’t fathom why this keeps happening. They only go up to size 12!!!! Not 14!;
I went to buy a pair of boots I saw on the website. The employee was extremely reluctant. She said she only had one pair in stock and wouldn't tell me the size. I asked for another pair to try on before buying online, but she told me there was no point since the styles were different. I insisted, and she asked if I knew they'd been selling boots since April, and that was why they weren't in stock. I felt humiliated for insisting on being served. An employee with short hair at Rockdale Plaza. Very poor service.
Came in spontaneously to buy a pair of shoes. Caitlin greeted me even though she was busy elsewhere. She is so friendly, helpful & knowledgable and made the experience enjoyable. Thanks!
