I buy alot of shoes there but yesterday the lady who served me .. made myself and mother feel like we were a pain to her no hello no help till I asked for a size I was looking for .. And it wasn’t like she was was busy there was no one else in the store .. if it wasn’t for a particular shoe, I was looking for I wouldn’t have bothered.
I have always had good experiences with William's Redbank. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly. I have walked in twice now after my children have destroyed their shoes to the point they can't wear them to school the next day and the staff have gone above and beyond to help me out.

Salesperson was really lovely and helpful. Excellent customer service.
Great customer service, got a pair of shoes from them but the other shoe colour I was after was not in stock so they were able to put me onto another store which did have them in stock and they were able to ship them to my house.
