Good quality shoes but very bad customer service. They don't make you want to buy from them again.

If you are after service, then do not go to this store. Best going over to platypus where the service is amazing. Went in to purchase two pairs of shoes - the first sales assistant was able to locate the size I was after handed the shoe to me then walked off. Waited 10 minutes then a second assistant asked if I needed help. I requested the next size up - again same thing assistant walked off .
