I had a great experience here today. It was the first time I've visited and I needed some shoes for a wedding. Deb was quick and happy to help. She was very patient with me going through styles and potential colours (plus letting me know what was on sale!). I ended up finding some heels and unfortunately they didn't have my size and Deb helped me order them so they'll arrive with plenty of time before my friend's wedding. Paid for a pair of shoes that the store was going to send. Almost took 6 weeks since the time of purchase to sort it out. Went to store multiple times re the issue. Poor communication skills re the follow up for the same. Had to request refund of the product twice and overall a very exhausting experience! Not keen to try williams or recommend williams in the near future. However, successfully bought one pair that was in the store, the quality of those shoes are amazing!
Good staff, good range of shoes, actually had the shoe i wanted in my size in stock!
Advertising boots online that they have never stocked in the store, deliberately misleading to get you in the door
