Extremely rude service! I gave 2 stars because the range and quality of shoes were great, but my 16 yr old daughter and I were treated like we was not welcome at all! Very rude worker and I was not the only person complaining about her. I love Williams shoes but will never go back to the Mt Druitt store again.
Today I visited this shop with myb2 kids. 1 being on spectrum and other toddler - I chose the quite time and day. My toddler has took the pricing ticket - she was just holding it - not tearing or puting in her mouth. The store lady still got the tags away from her - which trogger the tired, toddler and we ended up having big melt down. Ues mybtoddler was loud but tye store lady's atritude was very rude. we didnt feel welcomed when we walked in. Today,Just one day before Mother’s Day, the shop was crowded and even though the staff were busy, they could manage. Big thanks for Zhou who assist me and many people in the same time with his big smile, patience and big welcoming. I went to buy one and I ended up with four.i had a good experience. Thanks Zhou.
