So disappointed was in the store today and the sales lady couldn’t care less to help me. The staff always seem miserable and just don’t care about the customers. Won’t be going back.
The shop closed 10 minutes before it was advertised the attendant was there but had shut the shop. We knew exactly what we wanted and may not bother going back😕
Josephine has been great since she started at the Mittagong store. I had my little one along with me and she was nothing but polite and helpful. She took the time to help size the little one and was very patient. 10/10 would recommend going to the store, hopefully you go in a day that Josephine is working.
