Extremely rude and no respect to the customer. Wouldn’t go back there. It’s only one staff member for some reason that continues to be so cold and rude towards myself for no reason!
Went to Midland last week and was served by lovely young Phoebe. Came in looking for a pair of shoes I saw online, although sadly they didn't have any at the store but Pheobe brought out multiple shoes from the store room for me that were similar to the pair I had in mind. She offered different options such as ordering the shoes and checking other stores to see if they had stock. She ensured I was left with choices and I was certainly a satisfied customer.
