Went to Midland last week and was served by lovely young Phoebe. Came in looking for a pair of shoes I saw online, although sadly they didn't have any at the store but Pheobe brought out multiple shoes from the store room for me that were similar to the pair I had in mind. She offered different options such as ordering the shoes and checking other stores to see if they had stock. She ensured I was left with choices and I was certainly a satisfied customer. It's service like this that keeps me coming back time and again. Velear and the team at Midland Gate are just a delight to deal with. Attentive and professional, but warm and friendly, a winning combination. Thanks very much for always taking such good care of me and mum with our shoe purchases.
Went to the store last night and there was a single employee working. He saw my wife and I enter, and immediately ducked down behind the counter, appearing to be rummaging through and sorting things. We waited awkwardly at the counter for around a minute without him acknowledging us before we gave up and left, as we had a question about shoe sizes available and he made it clear that he wasn’t going to talk to us.
