I shopped in this store yesterday. The service is atrocious . I didn’t even get eye contact, let alone a helll can I hell you! I will got to Kawana where I will get decent service !
Went into the store, asked the blonde grey haired woman if we could try a $100 pair of Colorado men's sandals for my recently almost blind husband, who I was guiding to the seat, to hear her sigh loudly behind us indicates discriminatory behavior. She pointed to the seating area without a word, plonked the shoes on a seat and went out the back, not returning. We'll buy from Colorado online. Fantastic, personable and knowledgeable service from Emily and Annette. We enjoyed some banter and ended up getting a great bargain on a pair of boots. As they didn't have the right size, the staff arranged delivery to our home at no cost. 5 star all the way!
I don't understand why some people have posted bad reviews on the Maroochydore store. I have been there quite a few times, bought a few shoes/boots and have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The boots i bought early Tues arrived the same week on Fri. So, I highly recommend shopping at Maroochydore Store. A big thanks to the manager and staff person.
