I have been into Williams shoes at Marion, SA a couple of times now and the staff are fabulous to deal with. I have had to return shoes, wrong size on my part, and nothing was too much trouble. The pricing of shoes is great. I needed purple shoes, and they had thr perfect pair. The new manager is just fabulous. Thankyou for awesome service.
I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Shaz this afternoon. Her customer service, friendliness, and assistance provided was absolutely outstanding. These skills are essential when working in retail and Shaz went above and beyond today! Nothing was too much trouble and her honesty was reassuring! Well done! I will definitely be returning!
My daughter and I were served by Sharon last night. I desperately needed a new pair of boots for an event tonight. It was 5 min before closing and she went above and beyond to help us. She didn’t rush us, nothing was too much. We ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes. AMAZING customer service.
Very disappointing experience at Williams Shoes Marion. The staff member who served me was extremely pushy and seemed more interested in making a sale than helping me find the right product. He did not properly explain the options available and kept trying to pressure me into buying something. When I found out they did not have insoles in my correct size, I politely declined.
