I went to the Marion store this morning and I was served by Bianca. She was so helpful. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes. Thanks so much for your lovely customer service, Bianca.
Today in Williams shoes Marion store, I was served by Jazz. She was on her own in shop and not once did Jazz miss any customer that came in or needed assistance plus heard her suggesting add on shoe sprays etc. What a fantastic asset to the company with high standards. Will be definitely back in store soon to buy more.
I attended Williams Shoes in Marion and had one of the worse service experiences I have ever had. The lady in store literally made me feel like I was an annoyance. She had a very passive aggressive attitude. When she noticed that I was coping the store phone number she proceeded to remove her name tag. For privacy reason I will not state her name. I know store workers have it hard sometime, but customer service is part of the job description. I am doubtful if I will ever support this store again.
8th October 2024 I was desperately seeking a comfy pair of shoes as needing to go interstate because of an emergency. I was pretty stressed. I've never been into Williams shoe shop before, but was planning to start there and work my way along. I have terrible feet and always struggle to get a good fit.
