Very helpful shop assistant who helped me with my shoe purchases He also took the trouble to find me in another shop to give me my shopping bag which I’d inadvertently left in Williams. A big thanks to a very helpful guy. Will definitely shop there again when in the area.

Twenty past ten on Saturday 13th December and this shop is closed, locked, silent. Macquarie Centre is packed with shoppers. Anyway I was on a mission, knew what I wanted, but not to worry there are other show shops open. Regards, Mike
On Saturday 19th July I visited the Macquarie store and as the shoes that I wanted were not in my colour or size I ordered 2 pairs to be delivered to my home address. To my surprise they both arrived before 11 am on Tuesday 22nd. I was particularly impressed with Savinder, the sales assistant, as I found her not only helpful and friendly but also with a lovely manner, good sense of humour and at all times professional. Thank you Savinder and Williams Shoes for a very positive experience. Lorraine
