Twenty past ten on Saturday 13th December and this shop is closed, locked, silent. Macquarie Centre is packed with shoppers. Anyway I was on a mission, knew what I wanted, but not to worry there are other show shops open. Regards, Mike
On Saturday 19th July I visited the Macquarie store and as the shoes that I wanted were not in my colour or size I ordered 2 pairs to be delivered to my home address. To my surprise they both arrived before 11 am on Tuesday 22nd. I was particularly impressed with Savinder, the sales assistant, as I found her not only helpful and friendly but also with a lovely manner, good sense of humour and at all times professional. Thank you Savinder and Williams Shoes for a very positive experience. Lorraine
I have had so many good or bad customer representatives over the course of many years (decades, actually), but I don't remember that anyone was so kind and helpful as Savinder. She made my experience so much better and more pleasant and went above and beyond what people would usually do for their customers. I hope she gets a raise, because she definitely deserves one!
