Poor service not super welcoming.
Very disappointed customer service I purchased a pair of shoes from Williams Shoes at Hyperdome today. After trying them on properly at couple of minutes at outside and I realized they felt too tight. I returned to the store after couple of hours hoping to exchange them for a bigger size, only to be told I couldn’t because they were “worn.” I had only briefly tried them on indoors — hardly what you’d call worn out. I travelled from home early to be at the shop at 8.30 as their web page says 8.30 am. They really need to change their website times. I have a busy schedule with my business and can't wait around all morning.
Cannot say enough good things, one of the ladies at the store helped me to find the right boots (black Colorado chelsea style ), to put with my insoles. That in itself is a mission, along her knowledge of insole fittment and how they fit your shoes is amazing 👍introduced her to partner when she also needed boots, again who helped to find the right fit and style.
