Williams shoes at Hyperdome Loganholme have really lowered their standards as in customer service. Extremely disappointed and will be cancelling my club membership. :( Very poor customer service by an extremely rude asian lady with shorter hair. She acted like it was an inconvenience to her to provide right sizes and styles. Also kept on rushing me even though there was like more than 2hours left to close the store. Shopped here today for some new work shoes, I was so impressed with Zoe who helped me and wanted to say, she was fantastic. She assisted me with all the usual, getting sizes but went above and beyond, helping me find other dress shoes in my style & size to try. She was doing this while concurrently serving other people in the shop, but at no point did I have to wait long for anything. Thanks Zoe for making this a great experience.
We came to William’s and Ella was the best! She also helped me at Mathers getting new boots! She was awesome!Really patient and kind! :)
Had just what I was looking for... problem though ... had to have a pair delivered because there was none in stock... its ended up at someone else's address because it was incorrectly addressed.... disappointed because I have to go looking for them
