One staff member working and busy chatting instead of serving customers.
I was Happy with the service from the sale representator at the store to help my kids with school shoes. But later found out on the receipts that I have been charged on top with gst I honested believed that all products should be gst inclusived. so I paid 10% more on my kids 2 pairs. I would not go back again. 🙄 Never buy shoes and has to pay gst on items. So disappointed.
Absolutely best service!! Been to the shop on Sunday 11th May, 25 - even though the shop was very busy, the two assistants were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely return to that store
