Purchased a pair of shoes to find one was faulty. I returned them and they ordered another pair to replace them. Said 2 to 10 days, it's been 15 I now cannot get a refund and still don't have a pair of shoes. It shouldn't be so hard to shop in-store and support locals. Crisis averted staff were helpful and I now have a refund and locations on where to find the shoes i liked.
I have had a couple of pairs of these sandals in different colours and they are so comfortable. Could only get a brown pair in my size but will keep looking.
Just overall very easy experience which I absolutely loved
