I had the worst customer interaction I have ever experienced in this store. I could never recommend due to the poor quality product and the frankly bizarre actions of one employee when I attempted to assert my consumer rights to redress a fault in a pair of shoes purchased here.
"Your staff are friendly, polite & watchful. They acknowledge you on entering the store; leave you to browse; and on hand when you have a question - do you have this in my size? Do you have this in another colour?”
