I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on line, they arrived in a timely manner - had an issue returned them to the Halls Head store and a friendly older lady took the shoes back and refunded my card - very nice team at Halls Head Williams shoes. Unfortunately I have a foot size that is very hard to fit, but the girls in the shop were great - highly recommend this company!!
Appalling experience at the store. In short i was overcharged by Renee pointed this out Renee insisted on arguing the issue but reluctantly offered to credit my account. On returning home I realised she had debited my account so I returned to the store and showed her the error. My complaint was ignored. Contacted the Head office by email 3 times with no response which lead to 3 phone calls to them, 10 days later getting pretty frustrated by now. Today I was contacted by the store to get my refund.
