I’ve been a customer at this shoe store for many years. Most of the staff here are great and very helpful. However, on June 19th at 5pm during the evening shift, I had an unhelpful experience with one female staff member. She didn’t know the answers, provided little assistance, and wasn’t very cooperative.
Finding good quality vegan-friendly boots & shoes is VERY difficult! Williams has more than exceeded my expectations in style, quality & fab service by the younger staff members at the Greensborough Plaza store.
